Not all setting are used in WDM device configuration

Hi,
I have just installed a new WDM server with version 5.7.1. I have connected a thin client (ThinOS lite) and created a new device config and updated the client with it. All went well, but not all settings at used, eg. keyboard settings, are not set but citrix storefront server is set ok. Can someone plz help me on the right track?
