HAgent terminated unexpectedly, am unable to start the service manually (greyed out)

Hi all,

were new to wyse embeded and wyseDM, basially we have two laptops, one configured, one not, we want to image the configured one and be able to deploy it to the unconfigured one, im not having much look with documentation at the moment, until i founnd out (im guessing) that the WDM discovers laptops via the HAgent??

so the hagent is stopped and i cannot start it manually, how come? and how can i start it to try discovery again?
