Not informed that service contract cannot be renewed
After trying to renew my support services contract, I received the message that my Dell Inspiron 3793, which I purchased in July 2020 has reached its end of life.
Had not been informed of this.
Cannot get real help or support except for getting directed to links.
Would like to extend my service contract.
Being given the runaround.

The system is indeed headed for end of life -- you cannot further extend the service contract. Once a system reaches 5 years from release, it's end of life. It was released in January 2020, so it will be end of life in January 2025 -- you can't extend the warranty at this point since the extension will cross the end of life date.
If you must have service/support, it's time for a new system.
