Agent Update fails, BootAgentUpgradeWES7 fails.

Agent Update fails, BootAgentUpgradeWES7 fails.

For WES7HAgentUpgrade get error:
Try 1:Agent Not Returning Error Text/Line For BootAgentUpgradeWES7 get error:
Package stopped by previous related error package.

I just want to make sure the client it updated to the current version of stuff. Want to be able to create image and test pushing images down.

We are getting started with these WE7 thin clients. D90D7 running 9.030846.4096. I just finished tweaking the 1st unit and want to create an image. Get an error about that and may need a hotfix.

But I also can't seem to update or install any packages. I tried the boot agent and the WES7aGENT.

One other thing. The thin client says it is being reconfigured by the administrator and not to reboot or power it down... yet WDM isn't saying it's doing anything... Could the client be locked up?

Hello Sean,

Are you using Wyse Device Manager to push the packages and images to the D90D7?

You must use Wyse Device Manager 4.9.1, with the latest Hotfix installed.

Your records do not indicate that you have Wyse Device Manager or Enterprise, so I must assume that you are using WDM for Workgroups.

The WDM 4.9.1 Hotfix is only available with a Software Maintenance Agreement. Please contact your Sales rep to obtain a Software Maintenance Agreement. You may also contact the Wyse Sales Department at 1-800-800-9973, Option #1.

Try 1:Failed to change to Package directory in Repositor is an error that popped up now. ( for boot agent upgrade)
