Device Manager Blank
I tried to update my graphics driver yesterday and it failed. So I figured I would do it manually through device manager and it was blank. So like many people I turned to the internet. I tried these steps which by the way did not work:
1. Go to "Start", "Run", and enter "regedit"
2. Maximize the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" window.
3. Scroll down to "SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum"
4. With "Enum" selected click the "Security", "Permissions" menu.
There were three groups which had these permissions:
Everyone (Read)
Owner rights (Special Permissions)
System (Full Control) (Read)
