Studio 1536 - Windows 7 64 Bit

This model and Operating System is not supported by Dell.

It is recommended to upgrade it to 4-8 GB of RAM:

For the webcam, check if it is present under imaging devices under device manager. Right computer and select properties select Device Manager to the left.

If it is present under Imaging Devices install Dell Webcam Central. 

If not install the Vista Webcam Driver and then restart the computer and check for Imaging Devices. Then install Dell Webcam Central.
