Hey all. So I recently purchased a vetroo V5 cpu cooler for my XPS 8940 and after checking it worked when I started booting up games on my pc, the fan started going super fast and really loud. Ive tried installing Speed Fan to try to control it but it isnt working very well. Was also told to change my power settings for cpu cooling but it doesnt seem to have changed much and looks like it causes my computer to heat up a ton. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you guys do to fix it? Would be nice to have this fan run without either being stupid loud or barely cooling my pc down...
