What kind of iDRAC License bundled with VxRail?

Hi,

Could you please tell me about what kind of iDRAC license bundled with VxRail 4.0 for E,V,S and P Series? 

For example, Basic Management, Express or Enterprise

Or Does the customer wants to use it need to buy the license as a extra charge?
