VXrail VCenter been upgraded using vcenter upgrade method no used vxrail method
vxrail cluster vcenter upgraded to latest version without using vxrail upgrade procedure
My VXRail cluster vcenter been upgraded to latest version without following vxrail standard procedure. now trying to upgrade using vxrail update method but it fails with following error,
VxRail Update ran into a problem...
- Upgrade failed. Cluster component VMware vCenter Server Appliance is incompatible. Current version: 7.0.2-18455184. Expected version: 7.0.0-15952599.
could someone advise how to fix this

If you have take a snapshot before upgrade VCSA, revert it.
It is not supported upgrading VCSA only without using vxrail upgrade.
If you dont have take a snapshot of VCSA, you can convert Internal VCSA to External.
External VCSA is out of VxRail LCM but it needs license of VCSA.
You must be attention it cannot convert from External VCSA to Internal.
