VxRail plugin not return any data

i have rebooted vxrail manager 7.0.410 and the plugin and every option in vxrail plugin in vcenter now does not return any data and giving me 502 error connecting to vcenter server

"HTTP error: 502, Http failure response for https://vcetnerserver/ui/vxrail/rest/vxm/v1/system/bandwidth-throttling?$$objectId=urn:vmomi:ClusterComputeResource:domain-c8:5747e09b-5a5f-4500-bd1c-f14499edc0f3&lang=en-US: 502 OK"

anyone came accros this ? last thing was done was the ESRS appliance was deleted. there is a KB similiar to that but its for vxrail 4.7 not  7.xx and i can not seem to find the table that have the appliance id and try to remove it since the schemea has changed in vxrail 7 and i also can seem to be able or find the esrs appliance download for vmware to redploy it and see if that would fix the issue.

other thing is when i try to generate  along bundle from command line it bombs i get this

./generateLogBundle.py -v
Start to collect log bundle.
types: vxm
'Response' object has no attribute 'status'

any clues what could be the issue ? a ticket is in the works and vxrail tech support are looking into it . but i am trying to help that is all .

another finding which most likely needed for the vmware-marvin service run

the folder  /usr/lib/vmware-marvin/marvind/webapps/ROOT/

can that be safely restored ? or does it require some specific configurations ?

Can you please share the way you solve the issue with Dell support?

I have similar issue on newly deployed cluster with difference that vmware-marvin run correctly.

Thanks a lot.
