VXrail installation Failed at Step 14

I am trying to configure a 3 node VxRail V570F. During the installation i am failing at Step14 - "Performing vCenter Server Platform Services Controller first boot configuration...".

I am running version vxrail version 4.5.101. Below is the extracts from the VxRail Logs.
