VxRail 4.0 vDS NIOC settings

Hi

Is vDS NIOC configration setting enabled only in VxRail 4.0 initial setup ?

NIOC is enabled for the appliance that was first run setup.

But the appliance upgraded from Ver 3.5 is NIOC settings disabled and still enabled traffic shaping for vMotion.

Is this design?

Should we change it manually?
