VSAN reconfiguration through vCenter on VxRail

Not sure I understand the specifics of what settings you are referring to in your question. Can you clarify what you mean by "desks embed in the hosts"?. You can change vSAN configuration settings/policies without affecting anything VxRail Manager manages. The only exception is the vSAN network information. You shouldn't make any modifications to the vSAN network configuration that VxRail Manager configures during installation. But you certainly can add new vSAN Storage Policies or change advanced settings on rebalancing threshold times etc without issue.
