SRS Connectivity unavailable primary and backup gateways failed

This is a VCF on VxRail environment. Version 4.0

The VC UI the alarm is showing the message. This was reset to green and came back after few mins. After running the PRE-CHECK from SDDC Manager UI we have Yellow alert and when went to the VC the alarm reads as mentioned above.

I would like to know if this article is applicable or any other thing to check like DNS set up of the SRS VM etc:
