Re-install Vxrail manager 7.x

Hello everyone, I have 3 vxrail s570 nodes updated to 7.0.320.
I tried to put the 7.0.371 update (I also tried with intermediate updates) by downloading the bundle from the dell site (I have support for other products but not for these 3).
The package loads but when it does the pre-check it goes into timeout without asking for credentials ... even when I press the Compliance Status button it goes into timeout without errors but I no longer have the compliance status details .
Is there an official or unofficial way to install the vxrail manager all over again? Thanks to those who will help me .
