Powerconnect switch lost connection to CloudIQ
I connected one of my new switch to CloudIQ last month.
But since last week, i noticed that there is this error message saying "Lost connection"
How do i add the switch back to CloudIQ ?

my switch is S5248F.
i try removing but now i cannot create new access key to add to CloudIQ.
the option is missing.
