Avoid KB5022842 on Win22 if you are on ESXi 6.7/7.0

Any update from support if we will receive the update? (In a good time).
Sometimes I'm tempted to just update direct from VMware, as the updates are that far behind!

Over the years Dell support has repeatedly told me not to do that, so you'd likely be on your own unless you opened a SR first. Having said that, 20842708/3i was released December 8 and is now two releases out of date.
