Thanks for your question. This error can be caused by the DNS being set incorrectly. If that doesn’t resolve it the best option is to call phone support.

But, we have checked DNS before deployment, and all fqdn/hostnames are already configured on DNS Server since we can nslookup using hostname / ip address for vxrail manager and all hosts.

This error occur many times when validate configuration, so I decided to open case and right now we still troubleshooting with Dell Technical Support.
