All VMs missing including vcenter server and vxrail manager

Hi Dell Community,

We have an issue where all the VMs are completely missing from the Data store. In the VMs tab, it's saying VMs missing and when checked with the data store, the VSAN cluster is also broken because of the missing vxrail manager.

I'm checking through the individual vxrail hosts. 

If anyone came across problem, it will be beneficial for me if you could share a KB i can follow.
