VSI for new VPlex install

Hi,

     IHAC that is installing a new VPlex metro with VNX storage behind it.All VMware 5.5, they have other VNX arrays instelled that will not run behind the VPLex. I want them to start using VSI. It looks like VPlex support was deprecated in the 6.X VSI, however it is available in the 5.X versions. Will there be ongoing support in 5.X? Will VPlex be added to 6.X?
