Is there any way to change vplex policy from fixed to round robin? If yes then what are the considerations,

If you are asking about host settings then round robin has been made the best practice. I don't recall what document it was updated in...but I can find it if needed.

Ankur is correct and the document you can find this in is VPLEX Multipathing Implementation and Best Practices White Paper.
