Need help!
The scope of my project is as follows:
Phase 1: Customer has 4 VPLEX arrays installed in their Prod and LAB environments (2 each). Prod has the code version of 5.4. Lab is 5.5. Solution proposed by Account team is to downgrade the code at LAB from 5.5 to 5.4.
Phase 2: Now that we have the same code level at both Prod and LAB. i.e., 5.4, upgrade the code level at all VPLEX's to 6.0.
Customer also has ViPR controller and RPA's configured along with this VPLEX setup. Now, as I understand from Engineering team, downgrade from 5.5 to 5.4 is nothing but complete reimage and we need to take a snapshot of current configuration and put it back after the reimage is done.
As a PM, I would like to know if anyone in this community has worked on similar project in the past? If yes, I would like to get the schedule used for that project for my reference. Thank you!

Hi Naveen,
I know this was posted quite a while, but as there has been no answers yet, I'll put in my two cents. From your problem description, its not clear what the dependencies are between prod and lab. Why must they be on the same code version prior to upgrading to 6.x? Currently downgrading code isn't supported from 5.5 to 5.4. Could prod be upgraded to 5.5?
