EMC VPLEX SRA + Recoverpoint SRA with SRM 6.1

we configuration and Test VMware SRM Ver:6.1 with Emc Recoverpoint 4.4 SRA Adapter 2.2.0.3 every things ok.

now I want to add another SRA adapter For support VPLEX VDL LUN on this SRM with EMC VPLEX Storage Replication adapter

with separate Production Group, that is, etch one adapter supports their groups.

Dose anyone experience about use 2 adapter on one SRM? (VPLEX adapter + RecoverPoint adapter on SRM 6.1)

What interesting is our common question! Based on my recent studies, We can use two SRA including EMC VPLEX SRA and Recoverpoint integrated with VMware site recovery manager. But the answer will not be a simple YES. It means, there are some technical tips should be considered such as how to design and integrate vCenter and SRM servers together, also the number of SRM used in your design as well as what version of SRM you can use in this scenario due to new added functionalities to their disaster recovery software, support of stretched storage.

It would be better to get more familiarity about your solution!

According to the statement I have read, If you have VPLEX and want to use SRM, you would implement RecoverPoint on top of VPLEX and use its SRA. What is different about SRM 6.1, however, is that it supports stretched storage, a configuration inherent to VPLEX Metro. With this support EMC was then able to create an SRA for VPLEX.
