Payment deducted but Order not placed - Laptop still in the cart

Hi, 

I just tried to buy the New Vostro 15 3501 Laptop and made the payment via internet banking. The money has been deducted from the bank but order didn't get place. The laptop is still in the cart.

Kindly help at the earliest. Either with a refund or buy confirming the order. Chat Support or online support isn't available.
