Vostro 3681, won't turn on
My Vostro 3681 PC (I3-10100 4GB Ram) wont turn on when i plug the power cord to the PSU but the PSU light turn on for 3 sec then turn off. When my PC is normal, when plug the cord in all the component startup normal (CPU fan spin, HDD startup, Power button light turn on) But now it doesn't. I have tried to check if the power out of the PSU and it does but seem the motherboard not respond anything.
My motherboard is normal, power button normal, PSU normal yesterday (This PC are 2 years old).
What i can do with my motherboard now ? What i can fix. I have tried switch ram, pull over all component from motherboard, replug all cord to motherboard, reset CMOS. Nothing work.

By any chance did you try?... Dell BIST Video BIST = Built in self test.
