Vostro 3546, upgrading the RAM
Hello, I am in need of some help and opinion on upgrading a Laptop RAM. As I have mentioned in the subject column, I have a Dell Vostro 3546 laptop with 4GBs of RAM. I am thinking of upgrading my RAM to atleast 8GBs. Frankly, I dont have much idea about upgrading Laptop components. In fact, I was unaware of the fact that Laptop RAMs can actually be upgraded. However, as I have checked a few websites and researched online a bit about Laptop components and stuff, I feel if there's a possibility to upgrade my RAM, I would like to go for it.
I want to know if the laptop I have has that option, if yes, then is there a specific type or model of RAM that will be valid for my laptop. Also, if there's any idea about any complications if I change my RAM.
Any kind of relevant information will be appreciated. Thanks.

There is only one memory slot in this model, so you'll need to remove the 4G and install an 8G module to max out the RAM (assuming you have a 64-bit OS -- which is needed to use RAM over 4G).
