Vostro 3020 Small Desktop stuck on dell logo
Vostro 3020 Small Desktop ,every no and again the pc freezes on the dell logo
if i hold in the power button for a few seconds and then reboot it ok
any ideas?

In some cases, external USB device caused system hung at POST. Besides mouse and keyboard, do you have any external device such as storage drive?

this is a new model so should not be like that. If chino's recommended check does not solve the freeze, better send it back before warranty expires.

As you can see from the post in the attached link that I opened.... this particular model of the computer suffers from bugs in its BIOS.
This model is very new and there is a possibility that a BIOS patch will be released in the future.
