for example, a $ 29.99 Dell 360w psu used on eBay (see below).
Dell does make 500w, 460w and 360w psu in the Thin Form Factor (TFX).

For tiny Dell models this may not be possible. There is no one size that fits all models.
Why do you want a bigger power supply and what model dell is it?

This power supply described is MUCH SMALLER than TFX and DOES NOT HAVE TFX connectors.
