this computer system, #6FF1 <Private data removed from public view DELL-Admin> , id protected by a password authentication system. you cannot access the data on this computer without the correct passiword. please type the system or administrator password.

You need to place a voice call to Dell support. Be prepared to verify your ownership of the system and if it is out of warranty, with a credit card to pay for the support call.
