My pc won't turn on

Question

My dell vostro 3681 (I3-10100 4GB ram) wont turn on when i plug power cord to PSU. (PSU light turn on for 3 sec then turn off, no CPU fan spin, no HDD spin, power button not start white light when startup like normal )

My PSU work normal and Power button too

I have check and have power to motherboard but the mobo not even respond anything...

What i can do, i have tried Reset CMOS, Switch RAM, replug all cord on mobo, and nothing work.

Just the PSU light turn on and nothing in PC tunr on at all.

Remove the cpu and find for any black spots , if there are any rub with cleaner and eraser .. it works , I have faced the same issue for 10 months after being went all repair shops , I did it my self .. give a try
