Microsoft Office

I bought my Dell desktop in 2020 and started facing latency issue, hence raised a service request and Dell support told the issue is with harddisk and replaced it. But with my new harddisk, my access to Microsoft Office is gone, they are saying my email ID is not registered. I paid for the Microsoft product as well, but Dell washed off its hands. Customer service is worst to the core. Never will I suggest Dell products to anyone.

The issue started in year 20, 21, 22, 23, and being raised over three years later.  The advise is as good as the credibility of the person giving it.

If you are needing help from the community with the MS office, you may start with a different approach.

if you still have the orginal product key for MS office, then you may download the office retail version iso directly from MS then activate it.

if it is an oem MS office version you paid for, not sure how you can get it back now.  in 2020 you might have bought Office 2019, but now Dell offers a newer ver of office.  I am not sure they can reissue an oem 2019 office to you.
