How to enable Vostro 3690's SGX in BIOS?

It is shown in the Vostro 3690 Service Manual that SGX is supported in Vostro 3690 and can be enabled in BIOS. However, I can't find any relative setting option in the BIOS setup. Where can I enable SGX ???

To enable SGX in the BIOS of your Vostro 3690, please follow these steps:
Turn on or restart your computer and press the F2 key to access the BIOS settings.
Navigate to the "Security" tab using the arrow keys and press Enter.
