Dell vostro 270 maximum length of GPU

I own a dell vostro 270 minitower and would like to swap to a full sized rx 580 nitro except when I checked the 580 is 10.2 inches in length an I'm not sure if it will fit in the 270  I do not have a ruler or meaduring tape either so I am just asking if any of you have this what is the maximum length of gpu I can fit in this system. I have already chabgrd the psu to a corsair TX650M. Cpu is an i7 3770 16gb ram so just to upgrade the gpu to a something good. Ideally I would have just gotten the sapphire pulse which is almost the same thing but smaller but I cannot find it at a price relative to the rx 580. If worse case I'll try and remove the hard drive bay as I only have an ssd but I'm hoping it will fit it without me having to come to that.
