You probably have a G5 5000 desktop (H470 chipset) if you have i3-10100 currently installed. If that is true, I do not see Dell has provided Bios update for G5 5000 to support i5-11600. Without bios update, only 10th gen cpu is supported. In userbenchmark I do not see any one running 11th Gen cpu in G5 5000.
Intel H470 chipset-based motherboards may require a BIOS update to boot the 11th Gen Intel® Core™ desktop processors. Intel recommends that you update the BIOS on your Intel® 400 Series Chipset-based systems for compatibility with the 11th Gen Intel® Core™ desktop processors.

Unfortunately, no. G5 5090 has LGA1151 socket (its chipset is H370). 11th gen intel CPU requires LGA1200 socket (and Intel 400 series chipset).
