VNX5200 login problem
Good day,
In the last few days I found I can't log into my two VNXs
I get the unisphere windows but its white without the text boxes for user and password, and even if I try to insert them blindly it doesn't work
I tried it vie IE and via VNX launcher, on several computers including Windows 7 computer
Unisphere Service manager Launcher works fine
How will I be able to manage my VNXs with this problem? (Or the time has come to throw away two working VNXs)

Hello Infinity_sup,
Based on the information that you have provided I would say that your issue is java related. If you look on your system and see when your java was last updated I am sure that it was just recently.

Thank you for your response
I have Java on my computer (the Unisphere worked until about three weeks ago)
I tried the chrome extension same behavior
Could this be connected to the flash stopped being supported?

Yes, I have updated to Java 291 recently,
Should I try to go back to Java 281?
Should I keep a computer with out of update Java in order to keep working with the VNX?

I have reverted Java to 8u281 and the VNX management returned to life

if i have learnt one thing, its best not to mess with java when its working
