how to recover or Unlock RPA CLUSTER Passwords in EMC VNX 5800
Hello team,
Please i need help. I got the issue of login to Recover Point Appliance Cluster using all the credentials that have been setup. i wonder how can i reset, Unlock or recover those password so that i can be able to access the RPA cluster again and stop the replication. For now i only able to access to only one among four of the RPA in the cluster.

Hello Jmk255,
In order to reset your password, you will need to have a service technician on the phone so that that we can remote into the system to reset the password. You should be able to pay for a one time call for support to resolve this issue. I am not sure of the cost of the one-time call. I can’t provide the instructions on how support will reset the password as that is internal information.

Thanks @DELL-Sam L for your reply but the there are two links among those need permission to access the content. my concern about RPA Cluster is that for now i am unable to access the RPA Cluster so. i think these accounts has been suspended so i need to reset or unlock them so that i will be able to access the Cluster environment again.
for now im able to access the single RPA using PUTTY. but when i create users will not be able to access other RPA in the cluster, It only access Local.
Refer the attachment on where i stuck on Login page.

Hello Jmk255,
You will need to use your EMC account to login to see the other 2 links. With you not able to login using multiple logins, if you can’t view the other 2 links then I would open a support case so that the accounts can be rest to default.
