VMAX 20K move to another site

Hello Folks,

We are planning to move a backup vmax (4 engine + 3 disk arrays) from one location to another with it's RecoverPoint Appliance: 

1. Question 1: we have to change the management IP Address of the VMAX any link to the procedure ?
2. Question 2 : can we let the SE that is installed on the primary site managing the two vmax or it is preferable to have another one installed on the same source site ? 
3. Question 3: what have to be done to preserve the Recover-Point replicas that are already on the VMAX that will be moved? 
4. Question 4: there is costumer procedure to shutdown gracefully the VMAX ?
