symcfg -service_state degraded/failed/notnormal
Hi all,
It is not clear in the documentation whether the different failed state in commands like symcfg are subsets of the other. For example, if I want to check any degrade/failed/notnormal items, do I need run the commands 3 times but change the state filter OR does notnormal already encompass failed and degraded state? So that I just need to run 1 command with state notnormal to get any items notnormal/failed/degraded?
symcfg -sid sid list -env_data -service_state degraded
symcfg -sid sid list -env_data -service_state failed
symcfg -sid sid list -env_data -service_state notnormal
Thanks
Kelvin
