eNAS CIFS share unavailable via IP from trusted domain accounts

We have a problem with our cifs shares. The eNAS cifs server is joined to a domain. Users from that domain can access shares via cifs server name, like \\CIFSSERVER\Share or via IP, like \\172.25.130.60\Share. Everything works OK.

However users from trusted domain can only access this share via name \\CIFSSERVER\Share and not IP.

By the way, we also have a VNX NAS in the environment and everything works fine on it (share access via both IP and Name works for both domains). Basically CIFS servers and CIFS configs of eNAS and VNX are identical.

What could be the root cause for this problem? We tried almost everything, but no way nearer to resolving the issue. Any help, suggestion will be appreciated.
