EMCopy License Terms / Freeware?

Are there any documented license terms of emcopy.exe ? I'd like to sometimes use it for a non-EMC migration given its frequent throughput advantage over Robocopy. No 'support' from EMC required. Some customers who I'd like to use it with may have EMC contracts, others won't. The fallback is Robocopy if this isn't freeware, or the license isn't flexible e.g. if the customer has an EMC support contract, they can use it for anything. Thanks, Sam
