McAfee says I have a trojan

I ran a full scan with McAfee because I only use Mozilla Firefox and I was attempting to watch a movie online (streaming) and a window saying I had to update my adobe flash player I believe, in hindsight it wasn't like the other ones I've seen in the past so obviously foolish move on my part. Soon after that internet explorer windows starting popping up in sets of three on occasion. McAfee quarantined it but I would like it removed. I hope you can help me and thanks. oh and the detection name is Exploit-CVE2008-5353 and location is C:\Users\Chris Carlisle\AppData\localLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\Cache\6.0\3\5f34b243
