Unity:::NAS (SMB) data deleted by accident
hello team, Hi have a customer using NAS in Unity, If I understood coreclty SMB, they accidentally erased data they are trying to restore. Do we have any recommendation from Dell or from other vendors?

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
Do they have a backup of the data or are you looking for data recovery?
Let us know if you have any additional questions.

You would probably need to contact a data recovery company. There isn't a built in way if there isn't a snapshot.

@DELL-Josh Cr That documment says this:
Note: Dell Data Recovery Services service will no longer be available for purchase from November 25, 2022.
So, not sure if we have opcions currently available, also I clicked in one of the links and it directed me to our support portal. Customer knows we are not in the position to help so they were wondering if there is other alternative eventhough it is not form Dell... Thanks for your help.
