How to mitigate Apache Log4j Remote Code Execution Vulnerability on DELL ECS

Hi Team, 


I am just curious to know, do we have to mitigate this issue on all ECS nodes or not?

If so, what are all the files I should modify, as I can see around 409 log4j related files on the ECS node?
