preparing bitlocker + black screen

Hi,

When I try to boot Windows on my Dell Venue Pro 11 7130 the notification "preparing bitlocker" appears and after the screen remains black.

I can enter the bios setup and the other menu by pressing volume+ , but after having load default configuration by pressing the lower button and then restarting nothing different happens.

I've being trying to solve the issue by selecting both "secure boot enabled" and "disabled" as well.

A notification appeared on the desktop before this mess happened, asking me either I wanted restart the system in order to apply changes in the Bios. Maybe that depends on the fact that I did change some settings, in any case I have done nothing but enable and disable secure boot, change boot order and try to switch from Uefi to Bios legacy, and then re-apply all the previous settings.

I read that flashing the bios to solve this kind of problems could be dangerous and I prefer to avoid the risk to cause any damage. Is there any alternative method?

May I solve the problem by hard resetting the tablet or the bios (by removing the battery from the motherboard and then re-inserting it)?
