OME catalog download failing with network or invalid file or sign check error

Wondering if there is currently an issue with OME in regards to the dell online catalog for firmware?  Trying to create a new repository for host patching and keep getting the following error "One or more online catalogs could not be downloaded successfully due to a network issue or invalid file or sign check failure.".   I believe it is not a networking error I can reach downloads.dell.com/catalog/catalog.gz through a web browser.  I have also tried rebooting our OME appliance with no change.  We get the same catalog error with both our test and prod instance of OME.  OME version is 3.10.1
