Error Code 2000-0251 Validation 121695 on Poweredge T320 running Server 2012 R2
This morning our server powered itself off. On rebooting, the OS doesn't start. We rebooted into diagnostics, it has halted the initial scan with the error message given in the subject above. I don't know whether to tell it to continue running the scan, or what. Obviously I'm not at IT pro, thank you all so much for reading this.

Rob Ashbaugh,
I would suggest to continue the scan, as the error listed (2000-0251) is simply an indicator that the log contains failing records such as BIOS and Diagnostic events. So let it continue scan, and also check the hardware log as well.

Hi,
I'm having the same problem and it's becoming more and more frequent. The server (W2012) just shuts down. Furthermore it doesn't matter where I'm (bios,server manager)it just initiate a shutdown sequence and turns off.
Error Code 2000-0251
Validation 109131
Please your assistance

Hi,
In our case there was a log entry indicating a problem with the RAID battery. It & everything else passed hardware tests though. We ended up having our operating system restored, all has been well since then.
I'm not a tech professional though, so I don't know if this is relevant to your situation.
