Dell Storage ME5024 update firmware hang 99%

I updated the firmware on controller A, from 1.1.0.5 to 1.2.0.0 the update freezes at 99%, solution?

1.2.0.1 is supposed to fix an issue that can cause the management to stop responding. It is hard to say from just the limited info but maybe you ran into that as you were trying to update. 

​Assuming no other issues are being reported, and you can access management on either controller, then you may need to do a 'restart mc both full' from the cli and then check to make sure you get a pass when running 'check firmware-upgrade-health' before trying again.
