SupportAssist Taking Longer Than Expected

Device: Dell Inspiron 15 3511

SupportAssist Ver 3.13.2

Hi. Can someone help me out?

SupportAssist is not loading up. I tried restarting, still unresolved. Tried dowloading and reinstalling but still unresolved.

It will only load properly if it prompts on its own. I did set a scheduled prompt back then but it's not even following that. It will only prompt whenever.

Is there any permanent solution for this where I can run it and not wait as to when it will prompt itself?
