SupportAssist Not Creating Restore Points

I have the most current version (ver. 4.0.3) of SupportAssist installed on two Dell computers, my Vostro 7590 laptop and my Dell XPS 8950 desktop. SupportAssist is creating restore points on my XPS desktop, but not my laptop.

When I go to SupportAssist>Support>System Repair>Restore my PC with System Repair on my Vostro laptop, there are no restore points created. There is a message that states the following:

You have System Repair turned on, but we haven't saved backups of your system files yet. Over time, we'll automatically backup your system files according to your storage settings, Visit settings to see your current System Repair preferences.

Mine is set for 15GB.

Is there a way to resolver this issue?
