SupportAssist is getting 'stuck' on cleaning files at 55%, its only happening on one PC, other PC is fine

SupportAssist is getting 'stuck' on cleaning files at 55%, its only happening on one PC, other PC is fine, any ideas?

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled but still getting stuck, its in the checking for unnecessary application log files stage

Good, you already tried to reinstall the application and it still does not work.
I know the below mentioned steps are too general and pardon me if you have already tried these steps.

- Go to the official website of the application and download the latest version available.
- Before installing the new version, restart your system to clear any cache or temporary files that may interfere with the installation process.
- Install the new version of the application and launch it to see if the problem is resolved.

Further, It is possible that a firewall or another application is interfering with the proper functioning of the application, or that some of the required services are not enabled. You may check the settings below:

- Check the firewall settings and close any other applications running in the background, and ensure that all the services related to the application are running and set to automatic start.
